Profile Description

I am a bilingual psychologist offering individual psychotherapy to adults and adolescents. My areas of expertise include Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), anxiety, and depression. I have extensive experience working with military members, veterans, first responders, and individuals affected by trauma and occupational stress. My therapeutic approach is both evidence-based and humanistic. I primarily draw on Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and related trauma-focused modalities, while also integrating humanistic and client-centred principles. I believe in meeting each client where they are, creating a safe and compassionate space, and adapting my approach to fit the person’s unique needs, goals, and values. Clients often describe my style as collaborative, grounded, and supportive — with a balance of structure and flexibility to foster meaningful and lasting change.
