Profile Description
I am a clinical psychologist who currently works with the Paediatric Neuromotor Team of the Stan Cassidy Centre for Rehabilitation (SCCR). The SCCR is a province-wide, tertiary-level public service provider to patients with complex neuromotor disorders. Among other things, I provide neuropsychological assessments and brief interventions to patients of the SCCR Paediatric Team who are internally referred to me by the SCCR as well as consultative services to school personnel and local care teams of these children and youth. To be of patient of the Stan Cassidy Centre, the individual must have a neuromotor disorder (including moderate to severe brain injuries, but excluding mild brain injuries such as a concussion or post-concussion syndrome) and be referred to the Centre by a doctor. ********** Je suis psychologue clinicienne et je travaille actuellement au sein de l'équipe neuromotrice pédiatrique du Centre de Réadaptation Stan Cassidy (CRSC). Le CRSC est un fournisseur de services publics de niveau tertiaire à l’échelle de la province pour les patients atteints de troubles neuromoteurs complexes. Entre autres, j'offre des évaluations neuropsychologiques ou de brèves interventions aux patients de l’équipe pédiatrique du CRSC qui me sont référés à l’interne par le SCCR, ainsi que des services consultatifs auprès du personnel scolaire et les équipe de soins locale de ces enfants et jeunes. Pour être suivie au CRSC, la personne doit avoir un trouble neuromoteur (ceci pouvant inclure des atteintes cérébrales modérées à sévères , mais excluant les lésions cérébrales légères comme les commotions cérébrales et le syndrome post-commotionnel) et être référée au Centre par un médecin.
